The Event
The Innovation Edge is a premier event bringing academia and business together to accelerate performance through innovation. Today innovation is crucially important. In the past, innovation has been considered an art, flash of genius, rare occurrences of brilliance, expensive and unpredictable. In the 21st century, we must master innovation so that we become continual thinkers, capable of innovating on demand to sustain profitable growth.

Registration fees cover participation at the conference, lunches and refreshments. The fee does not include hotel accommodation.
Payments must be made by demand draft drawn in favor of “Director, Institute of Management & Research”, payable at Jalgaon.
Call for Papers
We solicit research papers and case studies on sub-themes related to the conference from academic scholars, practicing professionals & industry executives. The word limit of the abstract is up to 300 words & full paper is up to 5000 words. At the conference, authors of all accepted papers are given the opportunity to present. The format for presentations will be either "elevator pitch" (a shorter presentation followed by discussion) or "podium presentations" (20 minute presentation followed by discussion). Decision on format is made by the Program Committee and announced with the final program.

- All papers are due by 15 January 2009. Please note that unlike other conferences, there will be no option to submit an abstract before the paper submission.

Jalgaon is a prominent district of Maharashtra placed 433 Kms by road and 420 kms by rail from Mumbai and well connected by both road and railway to other parts of the country. It is located on Mumbai-Delhi broad gauge railway line & also on National Highway No.6. The nearest airport is at Aurangabad, located 160 Kms from Jalgaon.
Jalgaon is one of the world's largest banana producing regions. Jalgaon is also one of world's the largest pulse (beans/daals) milling centers and is home to nation's best jewellery makers in addition to being a leading cotton producing region.
It is a well developed, highly industrialized city and is growing at a blistering pace. The world famous Ajanta Caves are just 70 Kms from Jalgaon and is one of the key attraction places for tourists all around the World.
